This project was an interesting one. We built this building on a concrete float in the estuary of the Campbell River. It was a huge success and showcases Ketza’s ability to adapt to new work environments while delivering high quality construction.
The building now resides in the Fisherman’s Wharf in Campbell River and is used as a base of operations for the Coast Guard in the area.
Building structure consists of a pre-manufactured aluminum frame with insulated EPS roof/wall/floor panels and finished with a hardiplank rainscreen envelope. Interior offices, change rooms, washrooms, drying room, shop and kitchen is complete with high quality finishes comprising of steel stud, drywall and millwork.
