The Kelowna Hampton Inn and Suites is located beside the Kelowna airport.
Ketza was the construction manager on this project. The project consists of 142 rooms, Lobby area, several conference rooms, pool area, breakfast bar and underground parkade.
The building has two suspended slabs, one on the ground floor over the underground parkade and a transfer slab above. The transfer slab supports 5 stories of modular construction.
At the time of construction this is the highest wood modular hotel built to date in Canada and the project duration was 16 months start to finish.
