This stunning concrete building consists of a 60,000 square foot underground parkade and 60,000 square feet of office space above. The cladding is a mixture of longboard and curtain wall glazing.
Ketza, acting as the General Contractor, built the base building and the the top floor fit-out for the We Wai Kai Nations head office. The contract included preconstruction services including design assist. The work has not stopped with the initial contract. Ketza is also building out the various Tenant Spaces.
Ketza also self performed much of the work including the concrete formwork. Approximately 7,000 cubic meters were poured for this project.
